Claims for damages
If you were injured or your belongings damaged during the trip, it is important that you contact us. Here you will find information on how to deal with injuries.
Damages include both personal injuries and property damage which occurred on board the trains or during boarding or disembarking.
MTR, which runs our trains, is responsible for assisting you in claims, investigating the incident and handling any claims for compensation. Upon contact, you will have to make a claim where you need to enter your contact information and describe what has happened and when.
